- Seems there's some threshold of customisation after which clients expect literally everything to be customisable
- Probably good to figure out where it is and stay well shy of it if full customisation isn't the goal
- Now we're stuck adding a bunch of customisations for basically one (big) client
- Our
configs is not a nested object or anything fancy like that; it's literally just another query string inside one of the query string keys
- This makes it very frustrating to interact with unless using our custom code for doing so
- Rolling forward is a perfectly valid tactic if you can't figure out the exact cause of a problem but think upcoming changes might fix it
bearer-ignore comments don't work with our security orb in CI, but fingerprints do
- I really hate having nothing to do at work
